Methods of Payment
Full payment of registration fees needs to be completed by the required deadline as follows. Confirmation letter will be issued upon the clearance of payment.

Cash (Onsite Registration)
- Either Korean won or US dollar will be payable. No other currency acceptable.
Invitation Letter
Should you need an invitation letter, contact the secretariat at office@ksmrm.org. Invitation letter is not commitment. The invitation letter is not commitment on the part of organizer to provide financial support. If you need to receive a notarized invitation letter for visa, submit your request to the secretariat via e-mail by January 31, 2013. It will be mailed within a week after confirmation of your full payment. It will cost US $50 for notary service fee with postage. Notarized invitation letter will not be issued without registration and full payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
As for the cancellation request received before March 14, 2013, the whole of registration fee will be refunded. Please note that refund will not be processed after this date.
