Dear Colleagues, Friends, and MR Researchers,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee and Scientific Program Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to Seoul, Korea for the 1st International Congress on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ICMRI 2013) & the 18th Annual Scientific Meeting of KSMRM (KSMRM 2013).
The theme of the conference is "Approaching to Reality through MRI." Thanks to various recent advances in MRI including high field MRI near to or above 7.0 Tesla, MRI provides more and accurate information on anatomy, function, and metabolism. We are definitely approaching to reality ever closer through MRI. In this regard, we are honored and delighted to have Dr. Kamil Ugurbil, a world-renowned scientist especially in high field imaging, and Dr. Kyongtae Bae, who is a pioneer and has deep experiences in high field clinical imaging for the plenary lecturers. This year's meeting is composed of a full two-day program with 4 parallel scientific secessions. The scientific program has been developed to emphasize developing technologies and expanding clinical applications with outstanding groups of experts to discuss a wide range of interesting topics. Many education lectures are also prepared to help attendees refresh themselves and have chances to learn the state-of-the-art technologies.
